Legal Entity

Udir is a product owned and operated by Rachcom Inc. All references to “Udir,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to Rachcom Inc.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Udir, including creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Trial Access

Udir may offer a 14-day trial. A valid card may be required through Stripe to start the trial, but subscription fees are not charged until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends through billing settings or the Stripe Billing Portal to avoid the subscription charge.

Description of Service

Udir provides AI-assisted workflow tools for service businesses, including messaging, scheduling, reminders, approval queues, billing workflows, reporting, and related administrative support features.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, maintain the security of your account, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate account and business information.
Use Udir only for lawful business purposes.
Maintain required consent for client communications.
Review AI-generated drafts and actions before approving them where review is required.
Do not submit confidential client information unless it is required to use the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Udir, interfere with the service, attempt to access another tenant’s data, upload malicious code, violate applicable communications laws, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

Payments and Subscriptions

Udir bills your card directly through Stripe for Udir service fees. Your customers continue paying you through the channels you already use, and Udir does not transmit or hold your customers’ funds. Subscription pricing, trial timing, plan changes, and cancellation options are shown before charges begin.

AI-Generated Output

Udir may generate drafts, classifications, reminders, and operational recommendations. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring communications and business decisions are appropriate for your clients and legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

Udir, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Rachcom Inc. You retain ownership of the business and client information you provide to the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Udir at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Udir is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rachcom Inc. disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
