Account information used to create and secure a Udir account.
Billing identifiers from Stripe, such as customer, subscription, and payment method IDs.
Business profile information, such as service type, schedule preferences, and assistant settings.
Public booking information, such as phone verification attempts, selected services, appointment times, and first names entered to complete a booking.
Operational service data, such as client messages, appointments, consent records, invoices, and audit events when those features are enabled.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Google Workspace API data is used only to provide user-facing Udir features, such as calendar scheduling, availability checks, reminders, and related assistant workflows.

Data is protected in transit and at rest using industry-standard safeguards.
Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate the service.
Operational product data is designed for tenant isolation, auditability, and consent-aware messaging.
